Sign Up For Religious Education Classes In Leonia

LEONIA, N.J. -- Registration is now open for children's religious education classes at St. John the Evangelist Church for the fall, for grades K-8.

There's a Sunday morning class, from 10:30 a.m. to noon, and there's a Monday afternoon option, for kids grades 1-4, from 3:15-4:45 p.m. The classes begin Sept. 25, but classes are filling up and supplies are being ordered soon.

You can find the registration form online, here, or by calling the number below. The First Communion Program begins in first grade and continues through second grade, when the child will celebrate his first penance/confession and first communion.

For more information, call the Religious Education Office at 201-944-4346 or email gbianchi@stjohnleonia.org. The office is at 260 Harrison St. and is open Monday-Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments readily available for people to come and chat.
