Elderly Driver's Sedan Barrels Into Two Cars, AutoZone Store In Fairview

FAIRVIEW, N.J. — A sedan driven by a 90-something man sideswiped two cars before crashing into an AutoZone store in Fairview on Thursday.

Three people were injured, none seriously, in the 1:15 p.m. crash, responders told Daily Voice.

One customer said he was recharging his battery when he saw the black Chevy Impala careen into the Bergen Boulevard lot.

“The driver was about 90 years old. He thought he was on the highway," the customer said.
