FAIRVIEW, N.J. – Rose Pagano, a resident of Fairview and formerly of Fort Lee, died Friday, May 13. She was 93.
Born in Avellino, Naples, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Simone and Felicia Zarro.
She was the mother of Ralph Pagano of Fairview and formerly of Emerson, Felicia Mello and her husband Walter of Medfield, Mass., Michael Pagano and his wife Mary Ann of Hasbrouck Heights and Janice Pagano of Fairview; sister of Joseph Zarro of Fort Lee and the late Pat Zarro; grandmother of Walter Mello Jr. and his wife Susan, Nicole Mello, Natalie Pagano and Nicholas Pagano; and great-grandmother of Hadley Mello.
She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas Pagano.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Costa Memorial Home, Boulevard and Central Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights. There will be a funeral liturgy at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi R.C. Church in Hasbrouck Heights. Entombment following at Flower Hill Mausoleum, North Bergen.
