The mixed use property would be located where an existing 13-story structure on N. Central Road already sits. It would feature 170 hotel suites and 61 residential units, NorthJersey.com reported.

The developer's plans include adding four floors to the existing structure, making it one of the tallest buildings in Fort Lee north of the bridge, NorthJersey.com said.
