Emergency Crews Remove Dangling Pipe At GWB Approach
FORT LEE, N.J. -- Emergency workers removed a dangling overhead pipe beneath the Port Authority bus station at the George Washington Bridge in Washington Heights that closed both the upper and lower lanes of the Cross-Bronx Expressway Friday morning.
