Tucker Development, which is developing the 1 million-square-foot residential, retail and entertainment complex in partnership with Kushner Real Estate Group and Ares Management, has begun leasing the first residential phase of 276 apartments.
Residents of the architecturally distinct residential property, situated at the base of the George Washington Bridge, will enjoy a package of amenities that includes a pool, lounge, fitness center, yoga room, kids play area, and rooftop terrace and gardens.
The complex is also anchored by an eight-screen, 533-seat iPic luxury movie theater that will enable guests to enjoy movies. Hudson Lights is part of an innovative redevelopment initiative that's invigorating Fort Lee's downtown corridor.
