Tucker Development, which is developing the 1 million-square-foot residential, retail and entertainment complex in partnership with Kushner Real Estate Group and Ares Management, has begun leasing the first residential phase of 276 apartments.

Residents of the architecturally distinct residential property, situated at the base of the George Washington Bridge, will enjoy a package of amenities that includes a pool, lounge, fitness center, yoga room, kids play area, and rooftop terrace and gardens.

The complex is also anchored by an eight-screen, 533-seat iPic luxury movie theater that will enable guests to enjoy movies. At the push of a button, moviegoers can summon personal servers to deliver signature dishes or hand-crafted cocktails from the in-theater restaurant, City Perch Kitchen & Bar.

In addition to its in-theater restaurant, iPic is complemented by additional dining options, including Paris Baguette, Gaonnuri Restaurant, Anthony Franco's Pizza and 16 Handles. Retailers include CVS, Capital One Bank, indoor cycling venue CycleBar, clothier SeeSaw, Linwood Wines, European Wax Center, Tutti Nails & Spa, and Coldwell Banker.

"Hudson Lights presents an extremely unique living experience that is difficult to find in the New Jersey market," said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, the marketing and leasing agent for the residences at Hudson Lights.

"These residences are thoughtfully designed for today's discerning renter. When combined with the dynamic mix of restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues that we have put at our residents' doorsteps, Hudson Lights is one of a kind."

Hudson Lights is part of an innovative redevelopment initiative that's invigorating Fort Lee's downtown corridor. It is the western portion of a comprehensive plan on a prime 16-acre site in Fort Lee. Hudson Lights fronts on Lemoine Avenue, Main Street, Park Avenue and Bruce Reynolds Boulevard. Further, two new roadways have been constructed as part of the redevelopment. The new Central Avenue links Lemoine Avenue and Park Avenue, and Hudson Street is the focal point of the pedestrian-oriented retail, linking Main Street and Central Avenue.

"Hudson Lights represents so much more than its brick-and-mortar component," said Richard Tucker, president and CEO of Tucker Development. "It serves as a centerpiece for a new era of vitality in Fort Lee. The start of residential leasing is the latest step in the transformation of the borough's downtown into an eclectic, urban-inspired, walkable community."
