Worker's Leg Crushed In Palisades Park Paving Accident

PALISADES PARK, N.J. -- A worker on a paving operation in Palisades Park had his leg crushed early Monday, responders told Daily Voice.

The worker was "sitting on the screen of a paving machine and a roller crushed his leg" on Orchard Street, one said.

He was reported in stable condition in the trauma unit at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Englewood EMS responded, along with borough police.
