Four people were arrested and a fifth was being sought in connection with the Nov. 11 holdup, Police Chief Robert A. Wilson said.

The would-be buyer told police he met 19-year-old Khadijah Billups on Fort Lee Road just before 7 p.m. that night after responding to an ad on Craigslist looking to buy prescription pills.

Billups (above, left) was in his car, the buyer said, when they were approached by two women who said they were police officers.

The two women – identified as Simone Bullock, 25 (above, right), and Debra Dorando, 45 – took money and personal belongings before fleeing with Billups in a white Saab driven by 63-year-old Joseph Sanjurjo (middle).

Teaneck Detective Stephen Ramirez traced the car to a Hamilton Avenue address in Lodi – then, with help from Lodi police, determined that all four involved in the holdup live there, Wilson said.

Ramirez got a search warrant that police executed at 6:15 a.m. yesterday. Found were items linking all four to the robbery, the chief said.

They also found “evidence of narcotics use” in the home, he said.

Billups, Sanjurjo and Bullock were all arrested. All three were being held on $100,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with robbery, conspiracy, luring, prescription drug possession, drug distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bullock also was charged with impersonating a police officer.

Durando (right) was still being sought today. She is charged with the same offenses as the others, as well as with impersonating a police officer.

Also arrested during the raid was a man identified as Michael Fellows, who Wilson said was released on a summons by Lodi police for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
