Photos: Palisades Park apartment building fire displaces 17 families

PHOTOS: No serious injuries were reported, but more than four dozen people from 17 units in a Palisades Park apartment building were displaced by a fire this afternoon.

Companies from several surrounding towns assisted their Palisades Park colleagues — including Cliffside Park, Englewood FAST, Englewood Cliffs, Edewater, Fort Lee, Leonia, along with Teaneck Box 54.

Responders said three-alarm blaze broke out on the second floor and spread to the third of the five-story, 35-unit brick walkup on Henry Street near Broad Avenue.

Fourth-floor apartments were vented.
