Andrea G. Soto, 24, reportedly went to the residence in Southeast after being involved in a verbal altercation on the phone with an adult at the home earlier in the evening, police said.
Soto shattered the window and used a rock to damage a vehicle outside the home. She fled on foot before authorities arrived, but was later located and arrested, police said.
Soto was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, one count of third-degree mischief, a felony and one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Soto faces up to four years in prison if convicted of the felony charge, the Sheriff's Department said.
