A Bergen County Regional SWAT team led a raid on the Wilfred Terrace corner house on Friday following a joint investigation involving Cliffside Park and Fort Lee police and the county prosecutor’s Narcotic Task Force that began earlier this month, borough Police Chief Richard Gaito told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Their key suspect, 35-year-old Roberto Colon, was taken into custody, as were three others — two of whom Gaito said were buying drugs.

A fifth suspect, John Colon, remained at large this morning, he said.

In addition to various drug charges, Roberto Colon was charged with child endangerment “based on the fact that [he] distributed narcotics while a juvenile was in the home,” the chief said.

He remained held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
