Officers stopped the 2006 Kia driven by Nelson Rozon at 11:25 a.m. today, the authority's Joseph Pentangelo told Daily Voice.

They found a New York license plate on the back floor and arrested him, Pentangelo said.

Rozon, who had a prior arrest on his record, was later released pending court action on charges of toll evasion and not having license plates.
