The 70-year-old Fort Lee driver was pulling her Honda SUV into a handicapped parking space “but mistakenly accelerated right into” Gam Mee Ok, at the corner of Main Street and Edwin Avenue, just before 2:45 p.m., Police Capt. Patrick Kissane said.

She complained of lower-body pain but was released from the scene, Kissane said.

Borough building officials deemed the 800-square-foot building unsafe and cut off all utilities.

Fort Lee police and firefighters also responded.
