YOU READ IT HERE FIRST : New Jersey U.S. Marshals announced today that they captured one of the 15 “Most Wanted Fugitives” on Newark’s South Side.

Enrique Done

After a yearlong manhunt, a trained N.J. State Police dog found gang leader Enrique Done hiding in the basement of a friend’s home on South 14th Street, U.S. Marshal James Plousis said.

Done, 34, identified as a ranking member of Los Deminos 666, had moved throughout New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts — and was planning to flee to the Dominican Republic when he was nailed, the U.S. Marshal’s Service said.

He was wanted by the DEA out of Newark for his leading an international drug trafficking conspiracy that moved massive shipments of heroin and cocaine through the Northeast, with the money laundered in New Jersey, New York and Pa., authorities said.

“Due to his wide-ranging, violent criminal history, both domestically and abroad, it was extremely important that we brought Done to justice,” said Director John F. Clark of the U.S. Marshals Service. “His arrest is a testament to the hard work and dedication our Deputy U.S. Marshals bring to the job every time we go after these violent criminals.”
