Maurice Mann, 40, and Christopher Calice, 44, of Yonkers, visited the Westchester fishing club Sunday night, looking for the money, police said.

No one’s drawn any direct mob connections yet, but police said the two left the owner’s hand partially severed when he couldn’t pony up.

Both are charged with felony assault and weapon possession.

“They cut off the hand as close as you can get without it coming off,” a New Rochelle police lieutenant told The Journal News. “There was a flap of skin holding it on.”

The 42-year-old was reported in stable condition yesterday at Sound Shore Medical Center.

There are also unconfirmed reports he may have been stabbed about a week ago and didn’t tell police.
