Port Authority police stopped 26-year-old Hicham Oulhint just after 7 p.m. Tuesday as he was headed toward Manhattan, the authority's Joseph Pentangelo told Daily Voice.

"He claimed he worked for Uber and was bound for West 22nd Street for a food delivery in Manhattan when he followed his GPS into the tunnel," Pentangelo said.

PAPD police gave Oulhint a summons for defiant trespassing and released him pending a Municipal Court hearing in Weehawken, he said.
