Anthony Nicoletti, 85, Of Fort Lee

FORT LEE, N.J. -- Anthony Nicoletti, of Fort Lee, died on Dec. 18. He was 85.

He was born on Feb. 7, 1931 in Jersey City and was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was owner and operator of Imperial Dry Cleaners in Jersey City and before retiring he had worked as a wholesale florist for Hillcrest Gardens in Paramus.

He is survived by his wife, Nicoletti Ferrulli; children, Pamela Bertolini and her husband Robert, Joseph Nicoletti and his wife Maureen and Laura Gagliostro and her husband Vincenzo; grandchildren, Douglas and his wife Lisa, Robert and his wife Jillian, Jennifer, Christina, Dominick, Joseph and ToniAnne; great-granddaughter, Angelica; and siblings, Florence Minotta, the late Marty Nicoletti, Joseph Nicoletti and his wife Jessie and John Nicoletti.

The family will receive friends Wednesday 4-8 p.m. at A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park. Funeral mass on Thursday, Dec. 22, at 11 a.m. at Madonna R.C. Church in Fort Lee. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum in North Arlington. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 2550 US Highway 1, North Brunswick.
