FORT LEE, N. J. -- Potential buyers of the Bluff Road mansion property built by 1940s mob boss Albert Anastasia Jr. in Fort Lee have asked whether the property can be subdivided, according to NJ.com.
Getting answers to those questions, along with some redecorating of the famous mansion, has delayed the planned Tuesday auction. The auction, handled by Guernsey's, was postponed, NJ.com reported.
But Guernsey's officials said the auction might not even happen at all if a buyer moves forward with purchasing the property. They encourage anyone interested to contact them, NJ.com said.
