Leonia Arts, a nonprofit cultural arts alliance, invites artists to apply for The Suzanne Pancrazi Memorial Grant. The grant is open to artists working in any medium -- visual, literary, performance, multimedia, or another art form.

The grant application is open to artists, ages 16 or older, who live or work in Leonia. The application consists of submitting a proposal, 500 words or less, detailing how the grant award will be used, and explaining the artistic endeavor to be undertaken.

Additional information that must be submitted include three to five work samples and a letter of support from someone who resides or works in Leonia. Applications must be submitted by March 1 to The Suzanne Pancrazi Memorial Grant, c/o The Craft Lounge, 324 Broad Ave., Leonia, NJ 07605 or emailed to la.spm.grant@gmail.com.

The grant honors the memory of Leonia resident, Suzanne Pancrazi, an audio-visual artist and a member of the Leonia Arts board of trustees. The purpose of the grant is to further a selected artist's specific project or a body of work.

The artist's work will be featured in a Leonia Arts' exhibit or performance and highlighted on the organization’s website.

Membership in Leonia Arts is free and available for artists, arts organizations, arts groups, and patrons of the arts in Leonia. Click here for more information or email info@leoniaarts.org.

Leonia Arts has a mission to support, stimulate, enhance, promote and connect the arts within the borough and to other communities. The grassroots organization supports the arts by connecting the various diverse artists and creative groups in the town often called the “Athens of New Jersey.”
