Baby Girl Is 4th Generation Born At Teaneck's Holy Name Medical Center

TEANECK, N.J. — A long-standing family tradition lives on at Teaneck's Holy Name Medical Center. 

Shea Elizabeth McCarten's is the first baby in the fourth generation of her mother's immediate family and the 18th Belthoff to be born at Holy Name Medical Center.

Katie Belthoff McCarten and J.P. McCarten recently welcomed baby Shea Elizabeth McCarten. She both the 18th Belthoff baby and first in the fourth generation of Katie's immediate family to be born at the hospital.

"We're so happy Shea was born here – we're really into family tradition," said Katie, an Oradell native. 

"It was such a wonderful experience – the nurses made me so comfortable and relaxed. And Shea was born in the same room as my youngest brother, Connor."
