Yoon Dongju was a Korean poet who was arrested by the Japanese as a "thought criminal" and was sentenced to prison for having participated in the Korean independence movement. He died in prison in 1945, at the age of 27, before any of his poetry was published.

After his death, a collection of his poems was published as "The Heavens and the Wind and the Stars and Poetry," and he became widely noted.

The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. The library is located at 257 Second St., in Palisades Park.
