LEONIA, N.J. -- Enjoy music inspired and structured by poetry Sunday, April 24 at All Saints Episcopal Church.
April is poetry month and the Leonia Chamber Musicians are planning ahead with a poetry-inspired performance. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. and features the Brahms Clarinet Quintet with clarinetist Alan Kay.
Performances also include Italian Serenade by Hugo Wolf for String Quartet and Chansons Madécasses by Maurice Ravel for Voice, Flute, Cello and Piano. The professional performers of the Leonia Chamber Musicians aim to nourish the human spirit with music and provide a cultural opportunity as a community service.
“With your help, we will continue to present concerts of emotionally rewarding, highly interesting, and skilled performances,” said Daryl Goldberg, on behalf of the Leonia Chamber Musicians.
