FORT LEE, N.J. -- The Fort Lee Arts & Music Festival -- a family-friendly day of food, music and fun -- is arriving Sunday after having been rescheduled from early June due to weather.
This old-fashioned street fair will be in the vibrant, ever-growing "downtown" area of Fort Lee, on Lemoine Avenue between Bruce Reynolds Boulevard and Main Street.
Folks can enjoy live music at both ends of the fair, with all types of vendors in between. The music will include a 60th-anniversary concert of the Fort Lee-based rock 'n' roll group the Royal Teens. The event also includes free rides and face-painting for kids.
The festival will run from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Parking will be available in the adjacent municipal lot. For more info, call the Fort Lee Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs at 201-693-2763.
