In minutes, one approaches the Mark's Hot Dog truck
This has been business for Butler since the 1981, when he started selling dogs out of a pick-up truck.
"There are customers who've been coming since I started," said Butler of Ridgefield Park, a grandfather. "Now I'm getting their kids and grandkids."
Butler says the weather is what determines whether or not he'll open up shop.
"If it's a real crummy day, I won't come," said Butler, formerly a truck driver. "When you're doing this for 36 years, you know how business goes."
